EXCHANGE RATES / Program Terms

The value of a Healthy Rewards Point (Point) is determined at the sole discretion of Herbal Nutrition (Company) and the value, exchange rate or number of points earned can be changed, modified or cancelled by the company at any time.  The current exchange rates are listed in the My Rewards tab of your account.  Any changes will be reflected there along with total number of points earned. Points can be used to purchase product or discount the price paid for any Herbal Nutrition Product on our website only, and subject to the Program’s terms and conditions.


You can redeem your Points at checkout. You must have a minimum of 100 Points to make a redemption. 100 Points = $5 Reward.  If you have accumulated enough to redeem them you will have the option of using them as one of the payment methods. The option to use Healthy Reward Points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Your Healthy Reward Points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit / debit cards.


The Healthy Rewards program may be capped at a minimum number of Points required for redemption. If the company selects this option, you will not be able to use your points until you accrue a minimum number of Points, at which time they will become available for redemption.
Points may also be capped at the maximum number of which can be accrued. If the company selects this option, you will need to redeem your accrued Points before you are able to earn more.


You can view and manage your Healthy Reward Points through your Customer Account. From your account, you will be able to view your total (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum limit and a cumulative history of acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive information regarding points earned and expiration notifications.


Healthy Reward Points can be set to expire. Points will expire in the order from which they were first earned.


  • Points can be used as store credit for products only on our website . Redeeming Healthy Reward Points to cash is not allowed.
  • You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the section of the Reward Email Settings tab of the My Account area.
