I have a lot of joint problems due to inflammation. I started out by taking turmeric pills but since I've had gastric bypass surgery, I didn't often get the full benefits of the turmeric. The liquid form is much easier to digest and I just put it in my mouth and hold for a couple of minutes, works great!Organic and great product!
