I have tried and used many supplements that claimed to suppress your appetite and help with weight loss. In my opinion all the supplements that I used did not live up to their adverting claims of weight loss and a suppressed appetite. I have taken forskolin for years and this is the best value I have found. I take the maintenance dosage to help control my blood pressure. I first took it for weight loss but it lowered my bp also! Now it part of my on going supplement routine.

I've lost close to 15 lbs. with this product in conjunction with daily workouts. I noticed that I felt less hungry, reached a satisfied appetite sooner when eating, and ended up drinking more water. I didn't think I'd run out so quickly, but switching from one tablet to two tablets certainly helped me breach a plateau in losing some unneeded weight. I'd recommend this with exercise, a healthy diet, and lots of water to gain the most from this product.
